Is SSH/Shell access enabled by default?
No SSH/Shell is not enabled by default. To enable SSH we will need you to first speak with our Account Verification team. Once this is done SSH access may be enabled in the cPanel.

Login to your cPanel

Click the SSH / Shell Access icon.
- Click the "Manage SSH Access" button.
- Choose "SSH access enabled" from the drop-down menu.
- Click the "Submit" button.
