Problem:
How do I restore my email forwarders for my Most Host account?
Solution:
To restore your email forwarders you can use the Site Backup and Restore tool, located within the Files category of your cPanel.

Login to your account.

Click the Site Backup & Restore tool.

Select the "Restore" tab.

Click "Email Forwarders."

Choose the appropriate date of the backup you wish to use, or choose to "Upload a Backup."

Click the "Restore Email Forwarder" button, in the pop-up menu.
The tool will then begin restoring your files. Once complete, you'll be given a dialog stating that the restoration was successfully completed.
